easter 2011

My kids (one of them) or maybe some other kids (visitors) reset my camera and it's lower resolution than I would have likes. Still, I dropped the waterproof camera in the water bucket and got a shot of the dogs drinking from below!

Pretty cool. I think I'll do it again high res.

Here are various videos from the past few days.

old but good movie

This video is a couple years old. Look at the video in the previous entry for yesterday!

And I email Vimeo to ask why the videos are just starting all on their own in the last week or so.

But like yesterday's, pretty quiet. And a bunch of these dogs are still here right now: Sawyer, Tucker, Brady...

Anyway, I liked looking at an old one, maybe you will too. I notice that I was more ambitious with my shot selection than I am now.

I should step my game right back up!

lot of back stories

Today's video has some back stories that help to make sense of what is going on:

1) The dog signs are political

2) We got goats, then sheep. Peter is the baby male goat.

3) I left the scenes long and unedited and didn't cut back and forth so show how long it goes with the dogs in full play outside without any barking, just for the record.

4) The cat had kittens.

5) I had crazy problems getting this thing to edit and upload (I/O -- please go away!).
a) I had to re-edit about 5 times and it's driving me crazy.
b) I ended up almost not editing and just stringing it all together randomly in full.

6) Leo says "why" a lot.

7) Vern has a sweet little baby Jackson.

8) Kittens born today.

The video below is not really the one I meant to post -- just whatever I could find that didn't give me that damn I/O error.
